Lubrication Service

Change the oil and oil filter. All under bonnet and gearbox levels are checked and topped up as required. The antifreeze strength is checked. Lubrication of all under body brake pipes, locks and hinges and the lights, controls and signals are checked and any faults rectified. The exhaust system is checked as are tyre condition and tyre pressures, including the spare tyre. The vehicle is road tested and any faults found, additional to the service requested, reported to the customer. The customer’s service book is stamped and any service warning light extinguished.

Labour charge for this service is 1 hours labour at the current hourly rate of £33.00 plus vat and parts, plus vat.

Annual Service or ‘Short Service’

The next level of Service is an Annual Service or ‘Short Service’ which includes all of the above plus Checking the air filter and spark plugs (if fitted) and replacing as required. Stripping, checking and lubricating the front brake pads, and visually check the rear brakes and replacing is necessary. Check all steering joints and suspension components.

Labour charge for this service is 2 hours, which is £66.00 at current labour rates, plus parts and vat.

Full Service

A Full Service is all of the items listed in both other services, plus replacing the fuel and cabin filters. Stripping, checking and adjusting the rear brakes and adjusting the handbrake as required. Check the condition of all drive belts, including the timing/cam-belt/s. Any other items specified by the manufacturer of the vehicle at the specified time, e.g. changing the brake fluid or suspension fluids.
Labour charge for this service is 3 hours or £99.00 at current rate, plus supplied parts and vat.
Replacement of Timing belt and tensioners are priced on the recommended time given by the manufacturer and estimates are given before any additional work is carried out.

Labour Charge for a Brake Service is 1.5 hours or £49.50, plus parts and vat.
